We ship via Standard Royal Mail 1st Class - we do not offer a signed-for/tracked service.
In the event of items arriving damaged, please email (email@example.com) with order details, photos, and we will do our best to replace (assuming we have any of the particular item left). Otherwise we will offer a refund upon receipt of the returned goods. If an item is returned to us due to being unclaimed by the buyer or due to an incorrect address being used, we will attempt resend at the buyers cost. We cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit by local postal services and cannot guarantee a replacement.
